Deleting announcements

Delete one or several announcements at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted announcements from the contact center, and you cannot restore the announcement configuration. You cannot delete the announcements that you used in a skill, vector, VDN, or global configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterAnnouncements.
  2. On the Announcements screen, select one or several announcements.
  3. To select all announcements, select the check box next to Number.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected announcements from the contact center.
