Enhancement in the previous release

Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity 10.2 SP1 release includes the following features and enhancements:
  • Group Call Delayed Ringing:
For the members with the group call delayed ring feature configured, the audible ringing delays up to the configured time, but the lights start flashing immediately.
  • Enhanced Call Pick Up:
When a pickup group member receives a call, the Enhanced Call Pickup feature displays the calling and called party information on all other group members' extensions. The calling and called party information enables a member to decide whether to pick up the call.
  • Directed Call Pick Up:
With the Directed Call Pickup feature, users can specify other extensions they want to answer outside of their pickup group. A pickup group is not required for Directed Call Pickup.
  • High Availability:
With the enhanced load balancer-based high availability, a load balancer is used to keep a constant TCP connection between the endpoints and the MBXs.
