Enable or disable Direct Media to process SIP calls. Direct media establishes a direct conversation path between SIP endpoints before a call connects.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationParametersGlobal Configurations.
  2. On the Global Configurations page, click Direct Media.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Configuration Server displays the Add New Global Config pane on the right.
  3. Select false.
  4. Click SAVE.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the saved configuration on the Global Configurations page.
