Deleting coverage answer groups

Delete one or several coverage answer groups simultaneously. Configuration Server removes the deleted coverage answer groups from the contact center, and you cannot restore the coverage answer group configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationCoverageCoverage Answer Groups.
  2. On the Coverage Answer Group page, select one or several coverage answer groups.
  3. To select all coverage answer groups, select the check box next to the Name column title.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server removes the selected coverage answer groups from the contact center.
