Download a skill configuration template and use it for importing skills to your contact center. After downloading a template, you need to fill it with the skill configuration details and then import the template into the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterSkills.
  2. On the Skills page, click the More icon and select Download Template.
    STEP RESULT:
    The template is downloaded in the .xlsx format. The template contains the skill configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
Next steps
Fill in the downloaded template with the skill configuration details adhering to the guidelines provided on sheet 2.
