Deleting vector routing tables

Delete one or several vector routing tables at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted vector routing tables from the contact center, and you cannot restore the vector routing table configuration. You cannot delete the vector routing tables that you used in the goto step.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Routing Tables.
  2. On the Vector Routing Tables screen, select one or several vector routing tables.
  3. To select all vector routing tables, select the check box next to Number.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected vector routing tables from the contact center.
