Duplicating VuStats data formats

Duplicate the created VuStats configuration to add more VuStats data formats with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationParametersVuStats.
  2. On the VuStats screen, select the required VuStats data format.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the VuStats configuration fields.
  4. In Format Number, type a new number of the VuStats data format.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The value range is 1 through 50. You must use a unique format number for each VuStats configuration.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the VuStats data format configuration and redirects you to the VuStats screen.
