Deleting VDNs

Delete one or several VDNs at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted VDNs from the contact center, and you cannot restore the VDN configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
  2. On the Vector Directory Numbers screen, select one or several VDNs.
  3. To select all VDNs, select the check box next to Extension.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected VDNs from the contact center.
