From the Vectors screen, export all vector configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate vectors to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVectors.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the vector configuration spreadsheet.
