Deleting an LDAP storage provider

When you delete an LDAP storage provider, the Configuration Server terminates the connection to that storage provider and removes all the associated LDAP users from the contact center. The deleted users cannot access the contact center functionality.
  1. On the Security App navigation menu, click LDAP Management.
  2. On the Storage Providers screen, select one or several LDAP storage providers.
  3. To select all LDAP storage providers, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server terminates the connection to the selected LDAP storage providers and removes the associated users from the contact center.
