From the SIP Servers screen, export SIP server configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate the existing SIP servers to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemSIP Servers.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the SIP server configuration spreadsheet.
