Search for agents by login ID, name, and permission set. You can type a part of the required agent login ID, name, or permission set name to view the matching results.

The search is not case-sensitive. When you type a sequence of characters, Configuration Serverdisplays all objects that contain this sequence in any part of the name, extension, and other object attributes. You cannot use wildcard characters, such as an asterisk (*) or a question mark (?).
