Deleting an AE Services server

Delete AE Services servers that you do not use. You can delete one or several AE Services servers at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted AE Services servers from the contact center, and you cannot use the services that AE Services provides.
You cannot delete the AE Services servers that have the Enabled status.
Before you begin
Disable the AE Services server that you want to delete.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, click AdministrationAES Servers.
  2. On the AES Servers screen, select one or several AE Services servers.
  3. To select all AE Services servers, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected AE Services servers from the contact center.
