Duplicating vector routing table configuration

Duplicate the created vector routing table configuration to add more vector routing tables with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Routing Tables.
  2. On the Vector Routing Tables screen, select the required vector routing table.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the vector routing table configuration fields.
  4. On the top half of the screen, in Table ID, type the new vector routing table ID.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a number from 1 to 999.
  5. In Name, type the new vector routing table name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
  6. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the vector routing table configuration and redirects you to the Vector Routing Tables screen.
