Edit the created call pickup group configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one call pickup group at a time. You cannot edit the group number.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemCall Pickup Groups.
  2. On the Call Pickup Groups page, select the required call pickup group.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the call pickup group configuration fields.
  4. Modify the required settings on the page.
  5. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server saves the call pickup group configuration and redirects you to the Call Pickup Groups page.
