Adding a TOD variable

Add a TOD variable to provide the current time of day in the 24-hour format. The contact center receives the value from the Configuration Server clock.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Variables.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Vector Variables screen, click the Add icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the variable configuration fields.
  3. In Name, type the variable name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 20 letters of the basic Latin script.
  4. In Type, select tod.
  5. In Scope, select G(lobal).
  6. In Description, type a short description for the variable.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.
  7. If you want to add one or several variables, in the top-left corner of the screen, click Add New.
  8. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the variable configuration and redirects you to the Vector Variables screen.
