Duplicating VDN configuration

Duplicate the created VDN configuration to add more VDNs with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
  2. On the Vector Directory Numbers screen, select the required VDN.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the VDN configuration fields.
  4. On the top half of the screen, in Extension, type the new VDN extension.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 16 digits.
  5. In Name, type the VDN name.

    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
  6. On the Basic Information subtab, in Permission Sets (COR), select the required permission set.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can configure permission sets on the Permission Sets (COR) screen of the System tab.
  7. Modify the required settings on the Variables Information subtab.
  8. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the VDN configuration and redirects you to the Vector Directory Numbers screen.
