Download a configuration template to import endpoints to the contact center. After downloading a template, you need to fill it in with your configuration details.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationEndpointsManage Endpoints.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the More icon and select Download Template.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the endpoint configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains endpoint configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
