Deleting number adaptations

Delete one or several number adaptations at a time. You cannot delete the number adaptations that you used in SIP server configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemNumber Adaptations.
  2. On the Number Adaptations screen, select one or several number adaptations.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected number adaptations from the contact center.
