Sort the added links by number, name, type, maintenance state, and version. You can also sort links by the number of sent or received messages, service state, and AE Services server. CTI links are sorted alphabetically or numerically.
Before you begin
Add at least two CTI links.
On the Configuration Server web portal, click AdministrationCTI Links.
At the top of the CTI Links page, click the required column header.
For example, you can click Type to sort the links by link type.
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server displays a sorted list of CTI links.
