Editing skill configuration

Edit one skill or a group of skills. When you edit skill configuration, you cannot modify the skill number. If you want to use a different skill number, you must duplicate the required skill or add a new skill.
When you edit a group of skills, the Group Name field is unavailable for editing.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterSkills.
  2. On the Skills screen, select the required skill or a group of skills.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the skill configuration fields.
  4. On the General subtab, modify the required settings.
  5. Click the Advanced subtab and modify the required settings.
  6. Click the RONA Parameters subtab and modify the required settings.
  7. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the skill configuration and redirects you to the Skills screen.
