Deleting VuStats data formats

Delete one or several VuStats data formats at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted VuStats data format from the contact center, and you cannot restore the VuStats configuration. You can later assign the format number used for the deleted configuration to a new data format.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationParametersVuStats.
  2. On the VuStats screen, select one or several VuStats data formats.
  3. To select all VuStats data formats, select the check box next to Format Number.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected VuStats data formats from the contact center.
