Viewing announcement configuration

View the configuration of announcements that you added on the Announcements screen. You can view only one announcement configuration at a time.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterAnnouncements.
  2. On the Announcements screen, select the required announcement.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the announcement configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
