Adding an ASAIUUI variable

Add an ASAIUUI variable to collect a unique value for each incoming call based on the ASAI user information. You can use the ASAIUUI variable type in vectors for testing the collected value against a threshold value.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Variables.
  2. At the top-right corner of the Vector Variables screen, click the Add icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the variable configuration fields.
  3. In Name, type the variable name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 20 letters of the basic Latin script.
  4. In Type, select asaiuui.
  5. In Scope, select L(oсal).
  6. In Max Length, type a maximum value string length.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    A valid length value ranges from 1 to 16 digits. The specified length must equal the string length from the start position to the end of the string.
  7. In Start, specify a start position for the variable string.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a value from 1 to 16.
  8. In Description, type a short description for the variable.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.
  9. If you want to add one or several variables, in the top-left corner of the screen, click Add New.
  10. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the variable configuration and redirects you to the Vector Variables screen.
