Editing dial plan configuration

Edit the created dial plan configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one dial plan at a time. When you edit dial plan configuration, you cannot modify the dialed string prefix, the call type, and the minimum and maximum length of the dialed string. To modify these fields, you must add a new dial plan.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemDial Plan Analysis.
  2. On the Dial Plan Analysis screen, select the required skill.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the dial plan configuration fields.
  4. On the top of the screen, modify the required settings.
  5. To add a SIP server for call routing, in the Destination SIP Server(s) section on the lower half of the screen, click Add.
  6. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the dial plan configuration and redirects you to the Dial Plan Analysis screen.
