Duplicate the created data store configuration to add more data stores with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationCustomer JourneyData Store.
  2. On the Data Store screen, select the required data store.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the data store configuration fields.
  4. On the top half of the screen, in Name, type the name of the data store.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
  5. In Description, type a short description of the data store.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.
  6. Modify the required settings.
  7. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the data store configuration and redirects you to the Data Store screen.
