From the Endpoints screen, export all endpoint configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate endpoints to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationEndpointsManage Endpoints.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the endpoint configuration spreadsheet.
