Edit the created vector routing table configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one vector routing table at a time. When you edit vector routing table configuration, you cannot modify the table ID. If you want to use a different table ID, you must duplicate the required vector configuration or add a new vector routing table.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Routing Tables.
  2. On the Vector Routing Tables screen, select the required vector routing table.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the vector routing table configuration fields.
  4. Modify the required settings.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the vector routing table configuration and redirects you to the Vector Routing Tables screen.
