From the Skills screen, export skill configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to import skill configuration to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterSkills.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the skill configuration spreadsheet.
