Import a group of SIP servers to the contact center using a configuration spreadsheet. You can add new SIP servers to the contact center or import the SIP server configuration from your previous contact center.
To edit the configuration of a group of SIP servers, you can fill in the configuration spreadsheet with existing SIP server names. When you upload the spreadsheet, the Configuration Server updates the configuration of SIP servers with matching SIP server names.
Before you begin
Download a SIP server configuration template from the SIP Servers screen and fill it in with your configuration details.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemSIP Servers.
  2. At the top-right corner of the SIP Servers screen, click the More icon and select Import SipServer.
  3. In the new window, browse to the folder to select the filled-in configuration template.
    STEP RESULT:
    The configuration template is in the .xlsx format.
  4. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server imports the SIP server configuration data to the contact center.
