  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterReason Codes.
  2. On the Aux Work Reason Codes screen, select the required Aux work reason code.
  3. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the View icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the Aux work reason code configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
