From the Vector Directory Numbers screen, export all VDN configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate the existing VDNs to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the VDN configuration spreadsheet.
