Deleting data stores

Delete one or several data stores at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted data store from the contact center, and you cannot restore the data store configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationCustomer JourneyData Store.
  2. On the Data Store screen, select the required data store.
  3. To select all data stores, select the check box next to Data Store.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected data stores from the contact center.
