Duplicating group call configuration
Duplicate the created group call configuration to add more group calls with a similar configuration to the contact center.
- On the Configuration Server web portal, go to .
- On the Group Calls page, select the required group call.
- At the top-right corner of the page, click
.
STEP RESULT:Configuration Server displays the group call configuration fields. - On the Duplicate Group Call page, modify required parameters for a new group call.
- Click SAVE.
- At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.
STEP RESULT:Configuration Server saves the group call configuration and redirects you to the Group Calls page.
