Deleting conversion maps

Delete one or several conversion maps simultaneously. Configuration Server removes the deleted conversion maps from the contact center, and you cannot restore the conversion map configuration.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemConversion Map (CDR).
  2. On the Add Conversion Map (CDR) page, select one or several conversion maps.
  3. To select all conversion maps, select the check box next to the Prefix Length to Delete column title.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server removes the selected conversion maps from the contact center.
