You can create group calls and add members to the group call. You can add up to 100 members to a group call.
On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemGroup Calls.
At the top corner of the Group Calls page, click .

Configuration Server displays the Add Group Call page.
On the Add Group Call page, in the Group Extension field, type the group call number.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Type the number in the format of the Local call type you define in the dial plan for your contact center.
In the Name field, type the group call name.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
In the Max Queued field, type the maximum number of calls in the queue.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can type a number from 0 through 10. The default value is 4.
Click Permission Sets (COR).
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server displays the CORs pane.
In the CORs pane, select the permission set for the group call.
Click Queue Announcements.
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server displays the Announcements pane.
In the Announcements pane, select announcements sets for the group call.
To enable announcement repetition, select the Repeat Announcement check box.
In the Delay Between Announcements field, specify the delay between announcements in seconds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can type a number from 0 through 15. The default value is 10.
Click Coverage Path.
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server displays the Coverage Paths pane.
In the Coverage Paths pane, select the coverage path for the group call.
In the Ring Cycles field, specify the number of rings after which the contact center redirects the call to coverage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can type a number from 2 through 10. The default value is 5.
In the Delayed Ring Period (secs) field, specify the time to delay the ring for the group members.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
After you enable delayed ring, in the Group Members area, you can select delayed ring for each member by selecting the check box next to a member name. To select the delayed ring for all the members simultaneously, select the check box next to the Delayed Ring column in the Group Members area.
You can specify the delayed ring time from 1 to 30 seconds. If you keep the value as 0, the check boxes for enabling the delayed ring are grayed out.
Click ADD.
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server displays the Extensions pane.
In the Extensions pane, select the extensions of the agents to add to the group call.
Click SAVE.
Click Commit.
STEP RESULT:
Configuration Server saves the group call configuration and redirects you to the Group Calls page.
