Deleting SIP servers

Delete one or several SIP servers at a time. The Configuration Server removes the deleted SIP servers from the contact center, and you cannot use the services that SIP server provides.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemSIP Servers.
  2. On the SIP Servers screen, select one or several SIP servers.
  3. To select all SIP servers, select the check box next to Name.
  4. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Delete icon.
  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server removes the selected SIP servers from the contact center.
