From the Customer Journey Profiles screen, export journey profile configuration data in the .xlsx format. You can use the exported data to migrate the existing journey profiles to another ACD.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationCustomer JourneyJourney Profile.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Export icon and click Export in Excel.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the journey profile configuration spreadsheet.
