Viewing journey profile configuration

On the Customer Journey Profiles page, you can view the created journey profile to get a detailed information about the configuration. You can view the configuration of only one journey profile at a time.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationCustomer JourneyJourney Profile.
  2. On the Customer Journey Profiles page, select the required journey profile.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the View icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the journey profile configuration fields. You can click the Edit icon to edit the configuration.
