Download a configuration template to import SIP servers to the contact center. After downloading a template, fill it in with your configuration details.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemSIP Servers.
  2. At the top-right corner of the SIP Servers screen, click the More icon and select Download Template.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the SIP server configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains SIP server configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
