Duplicating MADN MCA extension configuration

Duplicate the created MADN MCA extension configuration to add more extensions with a similar configuration to the contact center.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationSystemMADN MCA Extensions.
  2. On the MADN MCA Extensions page, select the required MADN MCA extension.
  3. At the top-right corner of the page, click the Duplicate icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server duplicates the group and displays the MADN MCA extension configuration fields.
  4. On the Add MADN MCA Extension page, in the Extension field, type the MADN extension number.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The extension must be in the format of the Local call type configured for your contact center.
  5. In the Name field, type the MADN extension name.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 35 Unicode characters.
  6. In the Description field, type the MADN extension description.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can type a maximum of 50 Unicode characters.
  7. Click Permission Sets (COR).
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the CORs pane on the right.
  8. On the CORs pane, select the permission set to assign to the MADN extension.
  9. Click Coverage Path.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server displays the Coverage Paths pane on the right.
  10. On the Coverage Paths pane, select the coverage path to assign to the MADN extension.
  11. At the top-right corner of the page, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    Configuration Server saves the MADN extension configuration and redirects you to the MADN MCA Extensions page.
