Download a configuration template to import VDNs to the contact center. After downloading a template, you must fill it with your configuration details.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVector Directory Numbers (VDNs).
  2. At the top-right corner of the Vector Directory Numbers screen, click the More icon and select Download Template.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server downloads the VDN configuration template in the .xlsx format. The template contains VDN configuration sections on sheet 1 and the guidelines for updating them on sheet 2.
