Editing vector configuration

Edit the created vector configuration. You can edit the configuration of only one vector at a time. When you edit a vector, you cannot modify a vector number. If you want to use a different vector number, you must duplicate the required vector configuration or add a new vector.
  1. On the Configuration Server web portal, go to AdministrationContact CenterVectors.
  2. On the Vectors screen, select the required vector.
  3. At the top-right corner of the Vectors screen, click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server displays the vector configuration fields.
  4. On the Edit Vector screen, modify the required settings.
  5. At the top-right corner of the screen, click Commit.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Configuration Server saves the vector configuration and redirects you to the Vectors screen.
