This documentation covers the use of the Avaya IP Office Manager. Manager runs on a Windows PC and connects to the IP Office system via Ethernet LAN or WAN connections.
Important:
IP Office Manager is an off-line editor. It receives a copy of the IP Office system's current configuration settings. Changes are made to that copy and it is then sent back to the system for those changes to become active. This means that changes to the active configuration in the system that occur between IP Office Manager receiving and sending back the copy may be overwritten. For example, this may affect changes made by a user through their phone or voicemail mailbox after the copy of the configuration is received by IP Office Manager.
