Call Coverage Example 1

In this example, the covering user is able to answer their colleagues call when it rings unanswered. Both users have Ringing Line Preference and Auto Hold on.

Call to Covered User

A call arrives for the covered user.  









Call Alerts to Coverage

After ringing for the covered user's Individual Coverage Time, the call also begins alerting on the call coverage button .









Covering User Answers

By going off hook or pressing the alerting button, the covering user has answered the call.
