This menu is available on subscription mode system's configured to use Centralized Media Manager as their archiving solution for call recordings.

The menu allows the audit trail of activity to be viewed.
Name
Description
Search on “User Name”
The Search text box to search the audit records of a User. Type the User Name to search the users activities in the recording library.
User Name
The name of the user who used the recording.
Timestamp
The time when the recording was used.
User Action
The type of user action on a recording. This specifies whether a recording was replayed, downloaded, deleted, or searched.
Details
The details of a recording such as owner of the recording, media name, calling party name, and so on.
Start Date
The date and time after which the event has occurred. Use the calendar to select the date and the adjacent drop-down menu to specify the time.
End Date
The date and time before which the event has occurred. Use the calendar to select the date and the adjacent drop-down menu to specify the time.
Event Type
The type of events you want to view. IP Office Media Manager keeps track of the following type of operation on the recordings:
Delete: Displays the recordings that are deleted.
Download: Displays the recordings that are downloaded.
Replay: Displays the recordings that are replayed.
Search: Displays the recordings that are searched.
Export
Button
Apply Filter
Start Date and End Date: Filters the recordings used between these two dates.
Event Type: Filters the recordings based on the type of use.
Clear Filter
Use the button to clear the filter.
