Using Avaya cloud authorization, you can configure the Avaya Workplace Client connection using your Avaya native cloud account, Google, Office 365, Salesforce account, or Enterprise Account (SSO).
You can configure the Avaya Workplace Client settings automatically using your email address or the automatic configuration web address.
Enabling Avaya cloud authorization automatically uses your network login and password to access different enterprise systems with a single sign-on. Using Avaya cloud authorization, you do not need to separately log in to each system or service in your organization.
For full details, refer to IP Office SIP Telephone Installation Notes.
Note:
Avaya Cloud Account Authorization works only on TLS transport type.
