Warning:

TAA series hardware

Set to On if your catalog description ends with the letters "TAA". For example: IP OFFICE 500 VERSION 2 CONTROL UNIT TAA. This assists in creating an accurate install base record. If you are unsure whether the catalog description ends in TAA or not, leave this box unmarked.

Get Inventory File

When you configure the SSL VPN service on a new system, you must begin by generating an inventory of the IP Office system.

Register IP Office

Opens a browser window for the GRT web site. You are prompted for a user ID and password. On the GRT web site, enter the required data for the IP Office system.

Upload On-boarding file

The inventory file that you generated is uploaded to the GRT and the inventory data is populated in the Avaya Customer Support (ACS) database.
