Account Settings subtab

Account Settings contains the following sections:

  • Appearance: Displays the settings to modify the company logotype, profile number, and automatic Avaya Cloud Office™ email notifications.

  • Archiver Settings: Displays the settings to enable archiver for super administrators, managers, and users.

  • Directory Integration: Displays the settings to automatically provision users from your corporate directory to Avaya Cloud Office™.

  • Headset Support: Displays the settings for the supported headsets.

  • Microsoft Teams: Displays the settings to synchronize the presence statuses in Avaya Cloud Office™ with Microsoft Teams. Here, you can also configure Avaya Cloud Office™ as an embedded app in Microsoft Teams.

  • Multi-Site Settings: Displays the settings to enable account support for multiple sites.

  • General Settings: Displays the settings to enable or disable access to the SMS service for the account.

  • Extension Numbering: Displays the settings to customize the numbering on extensions.
