Call Pickup

Administrators can configure call pickup settings for users who belong to a group. By configuring call pickup, users can answer incoming calls on behalf of a colleague who is unavailable to answer calls.

Group Pickup

Users who work in teams and monitor each other's phones can answer incoming calls for a group of colleagues. Administrators can configure the Group Pickup feature for a group of colleagues who are in the same team but are located at different geographical locations.

Directed Pickup

Administrators can configure Directed Pickup for a group of users, so that users can answer calls meant for other members in the group from their own phones. Setting up Directed Pickup reduces the number of calls that would otherwise go to voicemail when a user is unavailable to answer the call.
